Spinning
An energetically efficient group exercise on stationary bikes with instructions by an experienced coach who combines music, motivation, and imagination with precisely planned training. Everyone can choose the program that he or she prefers based on his or her possibilities and demands.
Standard lesson
60 minute lesson during which everyone sets his or her own load and intensity of the training
Body SPINNING
40 minutes of riding on the spinner bike plus 20 minutes of weight-lifting of problematic areas plus stretching of all exercised areas at the end
Extended lesson
90 – 120 minute-lesson aimed to develop endurance and strength. Special training lessons for different groups of athletes.
